How it works
- Record or upload. Record a conversation in the browser, or upload an existing audio file.
- Get a transcript. The recording is transcribed automatically.
- Get the structure. SpeakXYZ pulls out a summary, key points, decisions, risks, action items, follow-ups, participants and topics.
- Act on it. Ask questions across your recordings, rewrite sections, and draft follow-up messages.

Record a conversation directly, or upload a file from a call you have already had. Either way the recording is stored, transcribed and structured, and stays available in your account.

Your recordings and transcripts are private to your account and are not indexed by search engines.

Common audio formats are accepted and converted automatically before transcription.
How long can a recording be?
The maximum length per recording depends on your plan. The limit is shown on the pricing page, and you are told before uploading if a file is too long.
Can I edit the transcript afterwards?
Yes. Transcripts are editable, so you can correct names or terminology the model did not catch.
